Customized Items

Customized or made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because these items are created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once production has begun or the item has been delivered.

Cosmetic Items

Cosmetic items are eligible for a refund only if the product arrives damaged.
To qualify, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will issue a refund or replacement.

General Conditions

• All return/refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the claim does not meet the above criteria.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
